Repairs Marbella acts as an intermediary between customers and local appliance repair technicians.
We do not carry out repairs ourselves, nor are we responsible for the execution, quality, timing, or outcome of the services provided by the technician.
The repair work is performed by a qualified and independent technician, who assumes full responsibility for their services and will issue their own invoice.
Any questions, complaints, or warranty claims regarding the repair must be addressed directly with the technician.
Repairs Marbella is responsible only for the coordination, communication, and scheduling of the service.

By using our website or booking a service through us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
2. Service Structure & Responsibility
Repairs Marbella acts solely as a service coordinator and intermediary between clients and independent technicians.
The repair and construction work is carried out by a qualified third-party technician or contractor, who is responsible for:

Clients will be informed via WhatsApp or email before the appointment, including:
- The visit fee applicable to their area
- Whether the visit is deductible from the repair
- Emergency visit policy details
- The identity of the technician and warranty terms
By booking a visit, the client agrees to these conditions and understands that Repairs Marbella does not perform the repairs or installations and is not responsible for the outcome. Any complaints, warranty claims, or service-related questions must be addressed to the assigned technician or contractor directly.

7. Liability Limitations
- Repairs Marbella is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by the technician, contractor, or third-party services.
- Our role is limited to coordination and client communication.
- Clients accept that responsibility for service quality, conduct, and outcomes rests solely with the technician or contractor.
