2. Estructura del Servicio y Responsabilidad

Repairs Marbella actúa únicamente como coordinador de servicios e intermediario entre los clientes y los técnicos independientes.

El trabajo de reparación o instalación es realizado por un técnico o contratista externo cualificado, quien es responsable de:

  • Para proyectos de gran envergadura (instalaciones completas, obras, construcción de piscinas, etc.), el técnico podrá emitir un contrato legal directamente con el cliente. Repairs Marbella no será parte directa de ese acuerdo, aunque podrá asistir en su gestión.

La aceptación de una cita implica que el cliente ha leído y aceptado expresamente estas condiciones.

4. Precios y Pagos

  • Las tarifas estándar de visita varían según la zona:
    • Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola: 80 €
    • Puerto Banús, San Pedro, Guadalmina: 95 €
    • Cancelada, Estepona, Benahavís: 120 €
  • Si el cliente acepta el presupuesto, se deducirán 30 € de la tarifa de visita.
  • Las visitas de emergencia tienen un coste desde 90 €, dependiendo de la urgencia, ubicación y horario (tardes, fines de semana, festivos). Se deducen 30 € mínimos si se acepta la reparación.
  • Todos los pagos se realizan directamente al técnico o contratista.

5. Garantías

  • Todas las reparaciones incluyen una garantía de 12 meses sobre mano de obra y piezas sustituidas.
  • Los reemplazos (electrodomésticos, bombas, etc.) incluyen generalmente una garantía del fabricante de 2 a 3 años.
  • Para instalaciones de piscinas o reformas mayores, la garantía se establece directamente entre el contratista y el cliente y puede variar según el caso.
  • Las garantías no cubren:
    • Uso indebido o daños externos
    • Instalaciones realizadas por terceros
    • Averías futuras no relacionadas

6. Servicios de Urgencia

  • Se ofrece servicio de emergencia bajo petición para averías urgentes.
  • Las tarifas dependen del nivel de urgencia, horario y ubicación, desde 90 €.
  • Si el cliente acepta el presupuesto, se deducen al menos 30 € del importe de la visita de emergencia.

7. Cancelaciones y Acceso

  • Las cancelaciones deben realizarse con al menos 24 horas de antelación cuando sea posible.
  • El cliente debe asegurar el acceso al área de trabajo (por ejemplo, techos, salas técnicas, patios cerrados).
  • Si el técnico no puede realizar el trabajo por falta de acceso, la tarifa de visita se aplicará igualmente.

8. Protección de Datos – RGPD

  • Solo se recopilan los datos necesarios para agendar y gestionar el servicio.
  • Se comparten exclusivamente con el técnico o contratista asignado (nombre, teléfono, dirección, descripción del problema).
  • Tus datos están protegidos y nunca se usan con fines comerciales ni se ceden a terceros.
  • Puedes solicitar el acceso, modificación o eliminación de tus datos en cualquier momento.

9. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación vigente en España y la Unión Europea. En caso de disputa, será competente la jurisdicción española, salvo disposición contraria por convenios internacionales (como el estatus A1 para autónomos desplazados).

  • Honoring the 12-month labor and parts warranty (if applicable)
  • Providing manufacturer warranty documentation (typically 2–3 years for new parts or replacement appliances, when applicable)

Clients will be informed via WhatsApp or email before the appointment, including:

  • The visit fee applicable to their area
  • Whether the visit is deductible from the repair
